Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

Finally found a Kashmiri-style chilli powder that gives gorgeous colour without being unbearably hot. Perfect for my butter chicken recipe — restaurant quality at home now.

Very high quality. The red colour is vibrant and the powder is very finely ground. I prefer a touch more heat but this is excellent for family meals where not everyone likes too much spice.

I grew up with Kashmiri chillies and this brings back memories. The flavour profile is authentic. I use it in my nyama choma marinade and it's a hit with everyone.

Unusual combination with Italian food but I tried adding a pinch to arrabbiata sauce and it was fantastic. Beautiful ruby red colour and pure, no fillers detected.
