When Can You Request a Return or Replacement?
For eligible issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- The product is missing from your order.
- You received a product with a manufacturing or packaging defect.
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons.
- Opened or used products
- Partially consumed products
- Damaged after delivery due to improper handling
- Returned without the original packaging
- Purchased through unauthorized sellers
- Because our products are food items, we cannot accept ordinary returns simply because you have changed your mind.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
Contact us
Reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Share order details
Provide your order number and the details of the issue.
Send photographs
Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required.
Review
Our team will review your request and determine eligibility.
Resolution
Once approved, we will process the appropriate resolution quickly.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, the applicable amount will be refunded to your original payment method or through another available method, depending on the circumstances of the order. Refund timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement
Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement product instead of a refund. Replacement availability may depend on product stock and delivery location.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If you notice visible damage or tampering, document the condition of the package and contact us promptly.
